At Hotel Sugandh Inn, we value our guests and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Room Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation:
Guests can cancel their room booking up to 48 hours before check-in time (12:00 PM) to receive a full refund. -
Late Cancellation:
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, one night’s room tariff will be deducted and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded. -
No-Show:
In case of a no-show without any prior intimation, no refund will be applicable. -
Early Check-Out:
Guests checking out earlier than their scheduled departure date will be charged for the nights stayed. Remaining nights are non-refundable unless agreed upon under exceptional circumstances. -
Modification of Booking:
Subject to room availability, guests may modify their check-in/check-out dates without charges if done at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date.
2. Refund Policy for Lunch, Breakfast, and Dinner Orders

Pre-Ordered Meals (Advance Booking):

Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

50% refund if cancellation is made within 2 hours of service time.

No refund for cancellations made after service has started or if the guest does not show up.

Dine-In or On-the-Spot Orders:

Once the order is placed and food is prepared/served, no refund will be issued.

In case of food quality issues, incorrect orders, or delays beyond 30 minutes (for in-room dining), please contact the reception or service staff immediately for resolution or replacement.

3. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment.

For payments made via cash, refunds will be issued through bank transfer after verification.
4. Special Cases
Refunds and cancellations requested due to emergencies (medical, natural calamities, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Guests are advised to contact the hotel manager directly for assistance.
